Hows it going chaps..

Im trying todo a bit of research.. I am just wandering has anyone switched the rear dampers from ASTs to KONI... ??

Can it be done? if so how easy is it?

Does it make any difference?

You'd just need to change the rear shocks over, easy peasy. My rear AST's didn't have dust covers like OEM shocks, not sure if they're meant to have them but that's one less thing you'd need to do if you did swap.

yeah with these bad boys

is there any torque settings you need for the bolts etc?

can it be done on a driveway ?

and is it better than ASTs?

That's where I got mine from, great service :)

Torque settings, I listed some in a thread yesterday but need to find the instructions to my Mugen kit to double check. My Mugen kit and Spoon springs was better than the AST's, the Koni's made it better again.

Perfect thanks for that!

Any difference in performance of the car for better or worse?

This is what i wondered especially as i travel a lot of bumpy b roads.

Vast improvement on bumpy surfaces, I haven't tried mine on full soft but it's more than acceptable.
