Just thought i'd post a picture up of my cars.

My Evo X and the wifes Evo 8 MR FQ320

Hopefully the driveway will be showing a different car soon :mrgreen:

Nice pair. I've always had a soft spot for an MR in that colour. Never actually had a run in an Evo. I've looked before, and then decided it would be horrendously expensive to run and bottled it. lol

To be honest the 8 isn't much more to run than my old DC5.

The 6 month service is around £100 and it'll do 240ish miles to a £60 tank. It's only if something goes pop that's the problem.

My X had its AYC go and it's just cost me £600 to get it replaced with a recon unit. The petrol is slightly worse than the 8 at 200 miles to a tank.

The two cars are chalk and cheese though. The 8 is harsh and feels like a track monster, very noisy and no comforts. The X is quiet and the SST gearbox is smooth as hell, with a load of gadgets thrown in.
It's a great cruiser but I'm not ready for that yet.
