"White is Right"

I think white is nicer and more desirable, but I would say that as I bought one :lol:

White used to be a big no-no for lots of cars, but now there are increasingly more coming out
 
White was the only choice for me. Dc5 was white as well. Bit of a step in the opposite direction after my orange st though.
 
"White is considered a fashion statement" - I don't want to be making a fashion statement.

"White really could be the new silver" - Great :roll: Every rep, chav will be after one.

"Will prove to be a real trend-setter in 2008" - I guess we might see a small explosion of White cars this year. Shame I liked being that little more exclusive.

It`ll still be exclusive purely because if it doesn`t have the red badge it`s just another turd with wheels on it. Your words sound like those of a bitter man, who in realising his car is the wrong colour is trying to convince himself of his choice :lol:

Not a good advocate for cw are you? :lol: My dc5 was championship magnolia too but the fd2 is definately white. Looks much whiter than the dc5 did.

White might be high fashion atm, but two problems occur to me:

1. Do you really want to be in high fashion?
2. Is CW actually white?

I definitely know the answer to the second question... :lol:
 
All to their own. The barrymore comparison is unfair. No bodies floating around in my pool, not that i actually have one. :lol: Evs, we know how blinkered you are unless its black but you definately can`t say a championship white fd2 is beige or cream or whatever. It is much more white than my dc5 ever was. Have a look at one & if you tell me it`s not white book an appointment at specsavers!

Unfortunately for FD2s I can't adopt my 'when it comes to colour, I'm with Henry Ford' policy, but I can still continue to despise CW :p

As for the fashion thing, well I've seen a few cars running round in white that you'd never normally see in that colour - M5s, Caymans and the like - and they just look daft imho. But as you say, each to their own :D

Mind you i do like that Red Mugen RR alot :twisted:
