Lost my service book

I was wondering if anyone has ever had to replace their service book? when i bought the car i was told it has FSH. Honestly i cant ever remember seeing the service book so im not sure if i have lost it or was never given it. Im not to bothered about the previous history as the car only had 14000 miles on it and there is receipts for parts and labour of a service. I was just wanting to keep it up to date from now on.
Does anyone know where i can et a replacement book or will it be the same book as the FN2?
Any info or advice would be appreciated.
 
Wouldn't be overly fussed about the book. I think I have the Jap one in my car wallet and it's unfathomable from memory. IIRC I have receipts with reg no. on and mileages. I believe I'm missing one as it wasn't sent tot the previous owner as he was promised but I can tell mine has been looked after.
 
ahh i see i know my owners manual is in japanese but thought there might be some sort of english service record. i will do the same and keep all receipts and a note of the milage or start learning japanese and use the original book. lol.
